‧The studio offers courses every day (Thursday ~ Friday is closed), and the course hours are as follows:

1. The hand-made course is counted from the establishment date/purchase date of this appointment form, and the use period is one month. During the time limit, you can use the website letter to reserve the course time slot. If you fail to use the course within the valid time limit, you will be deemed to have given up the course qualification, and you will not be able to extend the time limit or ask for a refund and course materials.
2. No physical tickets will be sent after purchasing the tickets. Please show the successful registration notification letter or order to enter the venue on the day of the event.
3. Due to the limited on-site material package for this event, please complete the reservation 7 days before the event. If there is no advance reservation, H&D will have the right not to provide course exchange services depending on the on-site situation.
4. Course tickets cannot be used as cash coupons for other products, nor can they be exchanged for items; if you use H&D primary leather, if you want to change the leather color, you need to call to make an appointment 7 days in advance, and make up the difference according to the situation.
5. In order to protect the quality and rights of every student in the course, please attend the course on time after making an appointment. Those who do not attend within 30 minutes after the start of the class will be deemed to have given up the appointment on the day.
6. Due to the limited seats on site, one course is made by one student. (If there are no other appointments at the moment, we can provide extra seats; if other guests come, the seats must be given priority to the class students.)
7. The hand-made course is suitable for all beginners over the age of 12, and can be successfully completed under the guidance of the lecturer. If the course hours need to be extended due to personal factors, the course fee will be charged at 1280 yuan per 3 hours.
8. Animal leather is a natural product, and the scars, insect spots, and growth lines on the leather surface are all natural lines. After the confirmation and consent before the course starts, no return or exchange will be provided.
9. The leather is made by water dyeing, the color of each batch may vary, and the leather supplied on site shall prevail.
10. In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters or typhoons, the suspension of classes announced by the government agency shall be the standard. If the participants are in the area of the suspension of classes announced, please notify by letter, and the museum will reschedule after confirmation.
