Revisions: One free adjustment is provided for the finished product, limited to contour adjustments or fixing production errors. Any changes to the content during the process may incur additional material and labor costs. 2. Subjective Discrepancies: After placing an order, requests for partial refunds or returns based on subjective preferences such as "doesn't look like I imagined" or "different proportions" will not be accepted. Please refer to our shop's existing portfolio, as handmade items cannot be perfectly symmetrical or 100% realistic. 3. After-sales & Abandoned Orders: This is a custom-made item and is not subject to the seven-day appreciation period. Abandoned orders will be treated as malicious and subject to civil liability. 4. Portfolio Sharing: Finished product photos may be shared on our platform (personal information will be hidden). Please let us know in advance if you prefer your item not be shared; otherwise, it is considered consent. 5. Returns: As a custom-made product, this falls under the "exception category" and is not subject to the 7-day return policy. 6. Color Differences: Minor color variations between product photos and the physical item are normal and do not qualify for a refund or return. 7. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Dimensional Tolerance: As items are handmade and measured by hand, a margin of error of 0-2 cm is normal. 11. Receipts: Please request in advance if needed.
