The Island Ruby tea is fully oxidized and unroasted. It offers inviting notes of tangerine and malt, complemented by signature hints of cinnamon, resulting in a complex profile with a subtle caramel-like sweetness, minimal astringency and a refreshing aftertaste. - The Island Ruby tea is an authentic black tea from Taiwan. Made from the Ruby 18 cultivar, also known as TTES No. 18 or Red Jade, this fully oxidized tea has a classic, full-bodied character with bright notes of tangerine and hints of cinnamon. — Tea Type｜TTES. NO.18 / Black tea Process｜Fully oxidized Format｜Loose leaf 40g ** Brewing Guide ** ● Cold Brew Place 3g of loose-leaf tea or 1 tea bag into 300–500ml of cold water. For a bolder flavor, you may use 2 tea bags. Steep in the refrigerator for 8–12 hours for a crisp, refreshing taste. ● Hot Brew Place 3g of loose-leaf tea or 1 tea bag into 240–360ml of hot water. - Temperature: 92–100°C.
