You can either cut around the design or not. 3. Peel off the white backing paper and place it directly onto the surface you want to transfer onto. 4. Apply even pressure with a dull object, fingernail, or ruler to smooth and scrape. 5. Gently lift a corner of the transparent film to check if the design has transferred completely. If there are any residues on the film, place it back down and apply more pressure. 6. Lift the top transparent film, and you're done!
