‧ Tea leaves are sourced from local contract farms, focusing on "single origin" and 100% naturally cultivated tea. Over ten years, we have received domestic and international awards and recognition.
‧ We do not use herbicides. Unlike typical tea gardens with bare pathways, we view these areas as part of the natural ecosystem.

**Osmanthus Oolong Tea** - No artificial flavorings added. Fresh osmanthus flowers are meticulously processed with oolong tea over a long period, perfectly blending delicate floral notes with a rich, lingering aftertaste. Golden petals adorn the clear tea, a subtle sweetness greets the nose, followed by a gentle and refined mouthfeel, blooming like a spring breeze.
**Gardenia Oolong Tea** - A rich gardenia fragrance greets the palate, lending a unique aroma to the stable oolong tea, finishing with a soft jasmine note. This tea offers rich layers, with a fresh, sweet fragrance.
**Oolong Tea** - A semi-fermented tea crafted following traditional oolong tea methods, characterized by "green leaves with red edges." The tea soup releases an amber hue, reminiscent of sunset clouds, in hot water. Medium roasted, it presents a robust oolong tea mouthfeel with a sweet and mellow aroma. The cup retains a rich fragrance even after drinking.
**Old-Fashioned Black Tea** - A traditional Taiwanese specialty black tea. We use a blend of Assam (Formosa Oolong No. 8), naturally cultivated cassia seeds from Taiwan, barley, and other rich ingredients to bring you the wonderful flavors of memory. The rich barley aroma combined with the robust foundation of Assam creates a tea that best represents the warmth of old Taiwan.
**Black Tea** - A unique creation by Xiao Cha Zai Tang. Oolong tea is repeatedly roasted until matured into a dark oolong, then blended with heavily fermented tea and subjected to repeated firing in specific proportions. The roasted aroma and the layered flavors of the heavily fermented tea create a deep, sweet aftertaste. It is suitable for consumption during and after meals, and pairs exceptionally well with sweets, highlighting its uniquely reserved mouthfeel.
