Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and silver materials are procured from reliable partners and manufacturers. Plating uses both jewelry and industrial-grade processes. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing an order. Most items in this studio are made to order. The Pinkoi desktop version displays the estimated shipping time. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please expect a waiting period. Items priced over NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (an additional purchase is required for items under NT$2,000). 2. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items with boxes will still include them). If separate packaging is required, please inform the designer.
