To maintain the quality of the activity and protect your rights, please read the following information carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Weather Impact: In the event of unpredictable natural disasters, such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or modify the experience content.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours before the event will incur a 20% forfeiture fee for the activity slot. Cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable (if there are unavoidable reasons, providing relevant proof may allow for rescheduling or a full refund).
3. If you are unable to arrive at the reserved time on the day of the event, please call to inquire about other available times. Failure to attend will be considered completion of the activity and will not be refunded!
4. Each participant is allowed a maximum of one accompanying guest. If the number of accompanying guests exceeds the number of participants, the organizer may charge a venue fee (please be sure to note the number of accompanying guests in the order remarks for seating arrangements).
