Rare French Louis XVI style sterling silver handle bowknot pattern scissor-style sugar tongs/cookie tongs

Its handle is made of sterling silver with a French sterling silver boar's head mark on it. The clamping part is made of steel. It is designed with a Louis XVI style bow relief pattern, which is very delicate and elegant.
