This wild Qingxin Oolong is harvested together with "White Daphne", so the two teas are made on the same day.
Mr. Chen rented this tea estate that was abandoned by the previous landowner more than ten years ago. Because he originally had too many tea gardens to manage, this tea garden was based on the concept of lazy farming methods, allowing the tea trees to survive without any fertilization or weeding; so when we had just completed the preliminary production of Bai Daphne, we took advantage of the opportunity. When we arrived at the site, not only did the tea trees grow very tall, but the weeds were also incredibly tall!
Such a return to the original environment makes this small tea garden have a pangolin (dace carp) perched on the edge of the entrance, which is very cute.
We thought this was just an ordinary Qingxin Oolong, which would not increase our workload too much, so we ate all the few ingredients in this batch with Mr. Chen. Who knew that due to the lazy farming method, the nature of this batch of Qingxin Oolong can only be described as wild, and it cannot be made according to the general concept of Qingxin Oolong. For this reason, we spent several times the same as Bai Ruixiang. Strength.
The only good thing is that its fermentation mechanism is still the curve of Qingxin Oolong, so it doesn't take seven hours to start like Bai Ruixiang. Even three years later, this tea is still one of Changcha’s strongest oolongs and a testament to the endless possibilities of Pinglin.
