We make it a fair discounted as a summer special for this Haori Because it has some faded stains from long term storage which often has if it’s been in the drawer for over decades. Fortunately the stains are not half bad ones, somehow it’s blended in the Flower pattern. We still think it’s a irresistibly lovely piece of art Haori! Genderless, borderless and ageless item for everyone. Please understand there might be little stains or damages which vintage items often have. We select overall acceptable flaws for our items. Our kimono items have been aired in shade outside for against the vintage smell and dust. All of our kimono is hand sewn which is absolutely precise and painstaking work of the seamstress. And the each has a different story of the making it. Some were made by grandmother of the owner, some were made for the gift of engagement or so on. Please understand that sometimes it will change seasonally. -How to care- Dry-cleaning or just hang and air it under the shadows for 2-3 hours. or even hang and air it indoor if the room is well ventilated. I personally wouldn't do dry-cleaning for vintage Kimono. Because they are very delicate and aged fabric, so I prefer a gentle care such as just hang and air them once in a while. Use a cotton cloth over the Kimono and medium heat for ironing. Although we try our best possible to package your item thoroughly with a great care to avoid getting damaged/broken on its way to you, we cannot take any responsible for missing package once the package is posted from my local post office. If your order is 'a set of item' (a set of 2 or so) and if one of them is damaged on its way to deliver, we cannot guarantee if the insurance can cover the full price of the set. Sometimes if just one item is broken in your order, your refund may be just for the broken one. However if you want a full price refund, please contact us. We would accept it if you could re-send the rest of not-broken one with tracking number and insurance. In that case, we will refund a full price of the set once it sent back to us.
