Recycled vintage glass, often decades old, may exhibit natural characteristics such as scratches, color variations, or air bubbles acquired over time. Minor scratches and chips may also occur during the glass edging process (especially noticeable on clear glass and mirrors), which are all within the normal range. ▴ The unique patterns and colors of each piece of glass are distinctive; therefore, no two items will be exactly alike. Please engage in thorough discussion and understanding with the artist before placing an order. ▴ Solder, whether patinated or not, will naturally oxidize upon contact with air, leading to a dulling or darkening of its finish (copper-toned solder is most susceptible to change). ▴ Do not use for food. Even 99% pure solder is not food-grade tin. ▴ Some containers without pre-drilled holes can hold water, but this will accelerate solder oxidation and may result in the formation of white crystalline deposits. ▴ In support of environmental sustainability, all items are shipped with simple, eco-friendly packaging. ▴ For the safety of your purchase, please record a video of the unboxing process. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Care Instructions: ▴ Over time, an oxidation layer may form on the solder surface due to prolonged air exposure. This can be gently removed with a toothpick. For daily care, a light wipe with a dry cotton cloth is sufficient. ▴ For advanced care, a thin layer of carnauba wax or soft wax polish can be applied to the surface. Once dry, buff with a dry cotton cloth until it shines.
