Lishan White Champak Oolong Tea - Tea - Fresh Ingredients White

Product Description

🍃 Product Overview: Lishan White Champak Oolong - Terroir & Origin The Lishan tea region is located in Heping District, Taichung City, Taiwan. Situated at an average altitude of 1,900 meters, this area is defined by its cold high-mountain climate, significant day-night temperature swings, and limited sunlight. These unique conditions naturally reduce the bitter catechins in the tea leaves while boosting levels of theanine and soluble nitrogenous compounds. The result is a tea liquor that is exceptionally mellow, smooth, and durable across multiple infusions, featuring a profound lingering throat resonance (Hou Yun). - Craftsmanship | Scented with Magnolia This is a "Qing Xiang" (Light Aroma) Oolong. We select premium autumn tea leaves and process them using traditional Oolong techniques. The tea then undergoes an intricate "scenting" process, where fresh Magnolia flowers are layered with the tea. Through natural moisture conduction, the floral essence is seamlessly absorbed into the leaves. After roasting, the flowers are meticulously sifted out (Sifting Process) to ensure only the pure fragrance remains without any petals, avoiding unwanted bitterness and delivering a clean, highly drinkable floral Oolong. 📦 Specifications -Net Weight: 75g -Packaging: Collector's Flavor Tin / Everyday Vacuum Pack -Origin: Lishan, Heping District, Taichung City, Taiwan -Cultivar: Chin-Shin Oolong -Craftsmanship: Partially fermented High Mountain Oolong, finished with traditional "Wet-Scenting" (Lian-Xun) technique. -Roast Level: Refined Roast -Flavor Profile: Full-bodied white floral aroma, Muscat grape undertones, balanced body, versatile for different brewing strengths. 🌿 Flavor & Tasting Notes -Aroma: Rich white magnolia fragrance—elegant and never overwhelming. -Palate: Round and smooth mouthfeel with a substantial tea body. -Aftertaste: Subtle hints of Muscat grape with a long-lasting, sweet finish. -Overall: A perfect harmony between tea character and floral aroma; highly infusion-durable and enjoyable at any concentration. ★ Tasting Suggestions ★ To fully appreciate the layers, begin by smelling the dry leaves, then the brewed tea aroma.
