Confirm the quotation and we will enable the ordering option on Pinkoi. 6. Upon confirmation of production time, we will open the Pinkoi listing to accept your order. Production of custom items will commence immediately after payment is received. 7. Once the customized item is completed, we will confirm the product with you via the messaging system before shipping. 8. Upon shipment, we will provide the logistics company and tracking number for you to monitor the delivery status. 9. All orders adhere to Pinkoi's sales policy.
