★When ceramic cups are fired at high temperatures, a layer of enamel will form on the surface. If the enamel is chipped or worn away, the underlying porcelain will be exposed. During use, the porcelain body may react chemically with the substances inside the cup, producing some precipitates. These precipitates are the tiny dots we see that are not clean after cleaning. Additionally, if a ceramic mug is hit or worn during use, it may cause the enamel to crack or peel, which can cause small spots. ★Please note that there are "grey" parts in the picture: Because there is no white ink in the printing, and due to thermal transfer, the finished product (with gray parts) may look light Brown, gray-blue, or gray-green. One color occupies a large area. Please do not place an order if the printing color must be the same as what you see on the screen! ★Supermarkets have volume restrictions, with a maximum of 10 items per box. When purchasing more than 10 pieces, please choose home delivery or place separate orders. ★Freight charges for bulk orders are additional. ★Supermarket pick-up payment regulations: It needs to be ≦ 45cm30cm30cm, the longest side is ≦ 45cm, and the other two sides need to be ≦ 30cm; the weight must not exceed 5kg. ※If the packing volume or weight exceeds the supermarket's regulations, it will be sent by freight. ★Customized products are not allowed to be returned or exchanged. If the product is defective, it can only be replaced with the same customized product, and no return or refund service will be provided. We also do not accept returns due to personal subjective factors such as differences from imagination, personal aesthetic judgment, etc. ★If the goods are not picked up and re-shipped, you must bear the [original order amount + freight and re-shipping freight] yourself. ★Since everyone's computer, mobile phone, and tablet screen have different color settings, there will be a color difference between the printed color and the color on the screen. Please do not order if your color requirements are exactly the same! ★The following conditions do not constitute defective products: (1) The outer packaging is damaged (for logistics problems). (2) Slight thread loss, hook stitches, thread ends, and repeated sewing. (3) The products are all handmade, and it is normal for some parts to have threads. Repeated sewing conditions will not affect the function. None of the above conditions are considered defects. (4) The product will become discolored after being put into the water. (5) Color difference, color cast, and finished product may differ from imagination. (6) The turning and workmanship are not perfect. (7) The connection between the cutting pieces in different parts is misaligned and imperfect...etc. (8) Pottery/Porcelain: Bubbles <1mm; Concave-convex spots <1mm; Dirt/Dye Splash <2mm; Cracks <2mm; Color Spill <2X5mm (9) Size and printing: <3% error in size within 100cm; <5% error in size above 100cm. Since there are a lot of manual steps in production, customers who are very concerned about accurate size/color are asked to consider carefully before placing an order. ★Placing an order for customization means that you accept the instructions on the shopping process. Unless the product itself has major defects that have not been notified in advance, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. The company will determine whether the defects due to human factors are man-made malicious damage or goods (T-shirts, fabrics, etc.) ) has been in the water, worn and used, and we will not accept returns or exchanges for defects. ★Please be sure to confirm the picture and size you want to choose before placing an order. Size issues with customized products cannot be grounds for return or exchange. If the product is defective, please check it carefully within 3 days after receipt and take photos of the defect for discussion. Report it to the customer service staff, and return or exchange the goods after confirmation and communication. Returns will be refused without first contacting the company.
