**Students are asked to show their negative test negative certificate on the same day before class. Lecturers and relevant administrative staff will undergo rapid screening before class. In addition, appropriate distances will be maintained in seating arrangements, and body temperatures will be measured when entering and exiting the venue to ensure epidemic prevention safety.**

■ If the epidemic situation changes, the class location will be adjusted or changed to online classes in accordance with relevant government regulations.
■ If the event is canceled due to force majeure (actual disaster) or insufficient number of registrants, a full refund will be issued.
If a registrant cancels for any reason, the relevant rules for refunds are as follows:
(1) Refunds will be made after deducting a 5% handling fee 7 working days before the event start date.
(2) Refunds will be made after deducting a 10% handling fee within 4-7 working days of the activity start date.
(3) Refunds will be made within 1-3 working days of the activity start date after deducting a 20% handling fee.
If a registrant withdraws from the event on or after the event start date, the organizer will not refund the fee.
If the registrant is unable to participate in the event, he or she can transfer the quota to other people who meet the requirements of this event, or request to participate in other activities. However, the applicant should inform the organizer three days before the event and provide the personal information and contact information of the transferred participant. To assist the organizer to apply for insurance (if any), send event notices, etc. Applicants who apply to change event participants or participate in courses can only change once. If there is any difference in fees, any excess will be refunded.
