Gently slide the ear cuff down from the thinner upper part of your ear. If it doesn't fit, you can slightly widen the gap. 2. Once it's at your desired position, gently tug it to ensure it's secure. If it feels loose, gradually narrow the gap to adjust the fit. 3. Once you've adjusted it to your perfect fit, you can put it on and take it off without further adjustment.
