➤ Metalcraft involves polishing dust and welding fumes. A "Honeywell Air Purifier" is used during the process to minimize airborne pollutants and maintain good air quality.

【Regarding Lateness】
➤ Please arrive at the studio on time or 10 minutes early.
Punctuality is a virtue. Classes begin promptly, and a grace period of up to 10 minutes is acceptable.
➤ Exceeding 10-20 minutes late will incur a "NT$500 late instructor fee per person." As instruction is provided simultaneously to all, lateness requires the instructor to repeat explanations, causing the session to deviate from the intended schedule and demanding extra effort from the instructor.
➤ Exceeding 20 minutes will result in being unable to enter the studio. A "NT$500 rescheduling fee per person" will be charged, and you will only be able to choose a weekday slot, not a popular weekend slot.

【Regarding Rescheduling】
➤ If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will not be admitted and will need to reschedule. A "NT$500 rescheduling fee per person" will apply, and rescheduling is only permitted on "weekdays," not during popular weekend times.
➤ In case of unforeseen circumstances such as confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, flu, car accident, illness, or family emergencies, please contact us via official LINE (@nimoujewelry) and provide "relevant proof (photos, medical records)" to arrange a new experience. (The booking will be held for three months; failure to reschedule within this period will be considered forfeiture.)
➤ If you need to change your date, please notify us at least 6 days in advance. Within 6 days, a "NT$500 change fee per person" will be charged. This change is permitted only once. "Same-day changes are not accepted."

【Ring Size Adjustment Instructions】
➤ Enlarging Ring Size: Free resizing is available once (only for 0.5-1 size increase). For increases larger than 1 size, additional silver material will be required, and a quote will be provided based on the material used.
➤ Shrinking Ring Size: Requires an additional service fee of "NT$380 per ring / for in-person pickup." Repairs cannot be completed on the same day. Registered mail costs an additional NT$60.
