The only octagonal bath depicting a lily blooming in the garden that can be seen from the window of the workshop.
This is a work that evokes the beauty of Japan and the sense of the seasons, with a gorgeous depiction of lilies on a warm, calm-colored bathtub.
This hot water cup is shaped on a potter's wheel, then pressed down with a spatula to form an octagonal shape while it is still soft, and after drying, it is shaped again when being shaved. After that, I hand-painted the lily, added color little by little, and fired it repeatedly to complete the piece. It has a large capacity and does not get cold easily, so you can enjoy delicious drinks such as coffee.
This piece has a calm yet elegant feel, making it perfect for everyday use or as a gift.
You can also enjoy watching the depth of the color increase as you use it.
Diameter 7.0cm Height 9.0cm Capacity 180cc Weight 210g
