Ticketing Instructions and Refunds
- Cancellation 10 days before the event date, full refund
- Cancellation within 5 days before the event will be subject to a 50% handling fee
- Cancellations within 0-4 days before the event date will not be refunded. If you need the materials included in the course fee, please provide the receiving information, and the materials will be sent to you.
- If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you and issue a full refund. In case of a typhoon, the suspension of classes announced by the government agency shall be the standard. If the participants are in the area of the suspension of classes announced, please write to inform us, and we will issue a refund after confirmation
- If the participation in the activity is suspended due to reasons not attributable to the museum, no refund will be made
