Pilling may occur with prolonged friction, which is normal. These can be trimmed with scissors or gently ironed on a low-medium heat setting. . If wool felt motifs or text become dirty, clean them promptly. . Avoid using hot water, harsh scrubbing, or detergents for cleaning.
