The processing station, at an altitude of 2,030 meters, is the highest in all of Yirgacheffe. Since the restructuring of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) in 2019, Gotiti – Alemu Bukato has become the most consistently high-quality source from the Gotiti village.
