Oh my god! I want to lose weight?! But I don’t want to just eat vegetables~
Teacher Wayne has come up with a good idea for you! He has specially designed a complete set of low-sugar meals from appetizers to desserts, with meat and vegetables, and the meals can be paired with red wine. The course will also teach you some tricks for making changes and substitutions, so you can also make other dishes at home~
Many reports have pointed out that the Mediterranean diet is not only anti-inflammatory, longevity, and heart-protecting, but also prevents dementia. Wayne uses the characteristics of Mediterranean cuisine and combines ingredients that can enhance immunity. It is low-fat and delicious. 1. 2-3 hours of cooking time + 1 hour of eating and socializing
2. The course covers: basic concepts, olive oil, basic spices, and other tips!
3. The teacher demonstrates how to make 1-2 dishes, and students are divided into groups to actually make 2-3 dishes

**Wayne Lin Lin Zonghan**
**“I hope to maintain interaction between people, convey warmth and create value through cooking.”**
Born in Shilin, Taipei, Taiwan, he went to Australia to study after the third year of junior high school at the age of 13. He studied fine arts at the University of Melbourne and obtained a master's degree in graphic design. He spent more than 14 years abroad and returned to Taiwan to settle down in 2007.
During my stay, I lived next to the Victoria Market for a long time. Because fresh ingredients were readily available, I also started to study cooking in depth. I participated in several short-term cooking training courses and learned some home cooking from a Sicilian Italian mother. Because I love making friends, I was fortunate to exchange food and culture with friends from all over the world, which also allowed me to taste and learn home cooking from many countries! In addition to traditional Taiwanese home cooking, I have a little experience in dishes from all over the world. I am like an Australian. I like to study recipes/spices at my own pace. I don’t like to follow the trend. I only cook the dishes I like!

During the activity: Each student will be provided with a cooking table and a set of cooking tools. You can also bring your own lunch box.

**<Notes on class>**
**1. If your registration is confirmed, we will inform you via LINE@. You will also receive a text message or LINE@ reminder 3-5 days before the class.**
2. If the number of registered students does not meet the class quota, the organizer will arrange other class times and proactively notify the registered students
3. If a typhoon holiday is confirmed the day before class, the organizer will arrange another class time and notify the registered students
4. To protect the environment and avoid wasting food, please bring your own container to take home any leftovers. (Environmentally friendly lunch boxes are also available for sale on site.)
5. Those who have not registered for this experience are not allowed to enter the activity area to avoid disturbing the teacher and other students!
6. The organizer reserves the final right to decide the course content and menu. Any changes will be announced on the FB fan page without further notice!
7. As this activity requires advance payment of venue rental and food costs,**no full or partial refunds will be made within 7 working days (excluding 6 days)**. If you are unable to attend the course due to personal reasons, please notify us in advance and find someone else to attend on your behalf.
