Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique marks and characteristics from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins, which are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, or crafting are also considered normal, provided the leather is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider carefully if this is a concern. While the finished product may not be as perfectly uniform as machine-produced items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with use, the leather will develop its own character, acquiring scratches, deepening in color, and gaining a patina, eventually reflecting your individual journey. This is the nature of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays can have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, batches may differ due to varying inventory and storage times, leading to variations in leather color. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors may not be consistent between subsequent orders; please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order with customization. Please specify your custom requirements, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," at checkout. If no specifications are provided, you agree to the designer's choice for "stitching color" and for the "embossed text" area to be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not come with an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
