Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique markings and imprints from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc., which are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches may occur. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this if you are concerned. The final product cannot be compared to the perfect uniformity of machine-produced items, but it possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that is entirely yours. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches and storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a "customization." Please specify your custom requirements, such as "stitching" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no details are provided upon ordering, you agree to have the "stitching" color chosen by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed).
