Mug dimensions are H 98mm, Diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's production process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these instances. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections like specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during the firing process. ● Coasters may have minor surface scratches or dust. The quality of unglazed blanks can vary by approximately 10% per batch. The ink absorption in the coaster's pores may differ, especially with pink or dark backgrounds, which can lead to uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. All these conditions are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these variations before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes packaged in a paper box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment is possible. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual product colors and proportions may vary slightly; the final product is the definitive reference. This is a custom-made product. Production time is 7-10 days (excluding holidays), calculated from the day after payment is completed. As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
