With high quality and low yields, VW-04 (scored 88.5 in BOP) makes a sweet cup with bright acidity. It provides an elegant balance of complex structure and flavours including mixed berries, pomelo, lemon, cactus, and cane sugar. More importantly, Bambito Estate Coffee’s beans remarkably won #1 in Geisha Washed, #5 in Geisha Natural and #9 in Varietal Natural simultaneously in the BOP. Their coffee plantation is found at an altitude 1,700 meters, located between two national forest parks, and crossed by two mountain ridges from east to west.
