Terroir: Situated at an altitude of 2100 meters, it experiences intense sunlight, with an average annual temperature of 12°C (ranging from a high of 25°C to a low of -4°C). Nourished by pure mountain spring water and located at the confluence of two streams. The soil, derived from Miocene strata, is composed of slate and thin sandy slate interlayers. Surrounded by primeval forests, the soil is rich in minerals and organic matter. With an average slope exceeding 40 degrees, drainage is excellent. The tea garden faces west, is exposed to winds from three sides, and its position at the junction of two streams creates a unique microclimate.

Craftsmanship: Broadly following the processing of fragrant high mountain Pouchong tea, but due to the garden's exposure to winds from three sides and intense UV radiation, the tea stems are robust. As the leaves are naturally difficult to roll, the process incorporates the wilting stage from Oriental Beauty tea and a post-fermentation wilting process, similar to yellow tea, where leaves are covered and allowed to wilt. This facilitates rolling and, due to these two techniques, revitalizes the tea's enzymes, resulting in a tea liquor that is lively, mellow, and gains value with age.

Tea Profile: Intense sunlight, extreme diurnal temperature variations, and low average temperatures contribute to significantly high levels of polyphenols, pectin, glucose, gallic acid, and theanine, with scarce catechins. This combination yields a tea with a light, elegant aroma, a sweet and smooth mouthfeel, rich floral and fruity notes, no bitterness or astringency, and a calming effect, making it a truly exquisite tea.

Tasting Experience:
Upon opening the package, the leaves exude fruity and floral aromas. The dried leaves, treated with the wilting-yellowing method, display a pale yellow-green hue. When the tea liquor is poured, the steeped leaves appear golden and lustrous. The aroma is a symphony of floral, fruity, cane sugar, sweet candy, milk, and frost notes. The tea liquor is a brilliant golden hue with an oily sheen, and its high pectin content makes it exceptionally viscous. The aroma persists and even intensifies as the tea cools. The unfurled leaves are thick, full, soft, and resilient, resisting breakage even when rubbed – a rare quality among teas.
During tasting, a careful palate will discern the tea liquor's delicate, smooth, elegant, and complex character, attributed to its high pectin content. It is sweet and rich upon entering the mouth. The aroma gradually builds from a light floral and fruity scent, filling the palate and extending to the throat. After a moment, a sense of relaxation washes over the body. Uniquely, a cooling sensation, characteristic of its origin, is felt instantly upon consumption, without any subsequent heart palpitations or coughing.
