High humidity can cause petals to become thin and translucent. 2. Excessive exposure to sunlight or prolonged sunbathing may cause preserved flowers to fade. 3. Preserved flowers can last for 2-3 years or more in a normal, dry room temperature environment. (Darker colored flowers may shed some color, which is normal.) 4. Dried flowers are naturally dried, making them brittle and prone to shedding. 5. Sola wood flowers are handcrafted from the bark of the sola wood tree. 6. Sola wood flowers can be sprayed with perfume or have essential oils dripped onto them to be used as diffusers. (Avoid spraying on other surrounding flowers.) 7.
