Should severe damage unfortunately occur, please capture photos immediately upon receiving the item and send them to the designer. We will then remake a new one and send it to you. ——————————— Care for Dried and Preserved Flowers - Avoid direct sunlight and place in a well-ventilated area. - Avoid placing in overly humid environments (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens). - On rainy days, we recommend using a dehumidifier to maintain appropriate humidity for the flowers and prevent mold. - If the flower surface accumulates dust, gently brush it off with a soft brush or use a hairdryer on its lowest setting to clean the surface. Preserved flowers (everlasting flowers) are real flowers treated with special techniques and coloring to maintain their beauty.
