[Ceylon Black Tea-Kandy BOP / Dimbula BOPF]

【Brewing method】
※ Candi/Timbura is very suitable for brewing fresh milk tea, the suggested method is as follows
1. Put 1 tea bag into the pot, add 300~350C.C. about 100C hot water
2. Steep for 3~5 minutes, soak the tea soup to black and red (this concentration is not suitable for drinking alone), and take out the tea bag
3. The fresh milk can be heated first, and then poured into the tea soup according to personal preference.
(Fresh milk will be more fragrant when heated to avoid lowering the temperature of the tea soup)
PS. (1) Add a little brown sugar or two sand, the aroma will be better^_^
(2) If you like a rich taste, it is recommended to cook milk tea in a pot
(3) Before making iced milk tea, you can add a little sugar to enhance the aroma of the tea locked at low temperature. The black tea tea soup will emulsify if it meets ice cubes or put it in the refrigerator. It is normal if the tea soup becomes slightly cloudy !
