Taiwan's humid climate requires attention to placement and regular dehumidification for optimal results. Due to various environmental and human factors, we cannot permanently guarantee that cremains will not degrade after being stored in a glass jar. Please understand and agree that once moisture damage occurs, it is irreversible. Therefore, please invest effort in moisture control. We encourage you to consult with us for professional advice before ordering. **Urn Moisture Control Recommendations** We strongly recommend using a dehumidifier cabinet or storing the urn in a cupboard with moisture-absorbing packets, which should be replaced regularly (replacement frequency depends on local humidity). Maintain ambient humidity below 60% RH. Especially during the plum rain season or after rain, use a dehumidifier regularly. For controllable humidity dehumidifier boxes, setting the powder level to 30% RH yields the best results.
