Production time is approximately 20-30 days (subject to slight variations depending on discussion progress). 4. After confirming the style and completing the layout, two minor revisions are allowed. (Exceeding two revisions or requiring significant changes to the illustration will incur additional design or redrawing fees.) 5. We use standard printing processes. Color variations may occur across different computer screens. Please do not use your computer screen as a color reference for envelopes or artwork. If you have strict color requirements, please do not place an order. 6. Due to manual cutting, there may be a reasonable error of 3-5 mm in the final dimensions of paper products like cards. Please be aware of this. 7. Illustration files are not provided in any format. If you require them, they must be purchased separately. 8. This is a custom-made product. Once the illustration process begins, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
