**● About Shipping Time**
If the item is in stock, we will ship it within 1-2 days.
As our garments are produced in small batches, there may be instances where a batch sells out and is awaiting production. In such cases, we will ship your order after the batch is completed and has passed our quality inspection. This waiting period typically ranges from 5 to 14 days. If you have any questions about shipping times after placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us for confirmation.
**● About Shipping**
Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your product within approximately 7-10 days after shipment, excluding peak international shipping periods, which may extend delivery times.
All mailed products are first transported to the airport, then air-freighted to their destination. After customs clearance, they are handed over to local shipping companies for home delivery.
For friends in outlying islands of Taiwan (Penghu, Matsu, Kinmen, Lienchiang, etc.), an additional shipping fee will be charged by the carrier. Please contact us before placing your order if you are located in these areas.
For Hong Kong, we default to using SF Express for shipping, with delivery typically within 2-3 days after dispatch. If your delivery address is in a commercial or industrial area and you are able to wait for delivery for over a week, you may opt for standard postal shipping, which is more cost-effective than SF Express. Please contact us in advance if you wish to choose this option.
