・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has successfully commenced before registering.
・After placing your order and completing the checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately close, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class commencement date, a refund of 95% of the total agreed-upon payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class commencement date, a refund of 90% of the total agreed-upon payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class commencement date, a refund of 80% of the total agreed-upon payment will be issued.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the following 2 months, and you must actively notify us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
* For same-day cancellations or rescheduling, no refunds or postponements will be accepted as materials and venue arrangements have already been completed. No-shows will be considered forfeitures.
* To protect the rights of other participants, individuals arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows and forfeit their registration.
* For refund requests, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany or participate unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event's commencement date, Xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This course includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, Xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on Xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring participants may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member on-site, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
