For hot stamping, please specify the desired content in the order notes. (Hot stamping is limited to English letters, up to 12 characters including spaces.) Additional fee applies ($150).
✔ Hot stamping must be completed before the workshop begins and requires preparation time. On-the-day additions are not accepted.

✔ To safeguard the rights of registered participants, accompanying guests are not permitted to observe the class.
(Children under 10 years old require one adult chaperone to assist with the creation.)
✔ If you are unable to attend on the scheduled day, please contact us.
✔ Outside food and beverages are not permitted. (We offer delicious drinks and desserts for purchase.)
✔ Please bring your reading glasses if you require them.
✔ Rescheduling is permitted once, up to 4 days before the scheduled date (excluding the date itself). No refunds will be issued.
✔ In case of absence on the scheduled day, we will contact you via message. If you respond within 3 days (excluding the date itself), a new time can be arranged. If no response is received or a cancellation is requested, no refund will be issued.
✔ If you miss a rescheduled session, further messages will not be sent, and your right to attend will be considered forfeited.
