Ruby Black Tea

Tasting | Taiwan Red | Tea Aroma Ruby Black Tea (Taiwan Tea No. 18), is a premium black tea produced in the Nantou regions of Yuchih and Sun Moon Lake. Shui Shan is the old name for the Puli and Yuchih areas, representing Taiwan's rich tea culture. The Ruby Black Tea has been carefully selected by ANJESS’s curator after visiting the tea plantations and participating in the production process. Sourced from a fourth-generation tea farmer’s garden in Sun Moon Lake, the tea leaves are hand-picked and crafted using unique techniques. Production is insisted to take place in Mingjian, Nantou, where the local dry climate helps eliminate astringency, allowing the tea to develop its distinct notes of cinnamon, mint, and sweet caramel.
