Shuishalian black tea is Taiwan Tea No. 18, also known as Hongyu. It is a high-grade black tea produced in Yuchi and Sun Moon Lake in Nantou. Shui Sha Lian is the old name of the Puli and Yuchi areas, representing Taiwan's long tea culture. This Shui Sha Lian black tea was personally selected by the ANJESS manager after he visited Nantou, walked into the tea gardens and participated in the production.
The fourth-generation tea farmers from the tea garden in Sun Moon Lake pick the tea leaves by hand. With unique tea-making skills, they insist on moving to Nantou for production. In the local dry climate, the astringency of the tea is removed and the water and sand are extracted. Even black tea has the unique aroma of cinnamon, mint and sweet caramel flavor.
