As the surface is minimally finished and uncoated, natural grain, scars, and spots are clearly visible, requiring a higher standard of leather quality. Vegetable-tanned leather softens and gains a beautiful sheen over time, developing a captivating patina and natural aroma as it ages. Production Notes: 1. All items are made to order. We will begin production after receiving your order. If you have a deadline, please contact us beforehand. 2. Due to the possibility of discontinued leather stock, we may need to discuss alternative leather options if a particular type is unavailable. 3. We offer complimentary hot stamping for personalization. Please refer to the photo for available fonts. Primarily uses English alphabet characters; please consider if you are a perfectionist about handwriting. Even within the same hide, color variations can occur due to different parts. The leather may also feature natural scars, spots, or growth lines, making each piece unique. As these are handmade, minor imperfections may be present. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these natural characteristics. Custom orders, unless due to intentional defects, are non-refundable or exchangeable. Please be aware. 5. Care Instructions: - Cowhide requires no initial care. We recommend applying leather conditioner every 2-3 months after the first six months of use. - Leather may discolor, develop water spots, or deform if wet. Wipe dry immediately. Be cautious to avoid oil stains. - The natural leather surface is not heavily waterproofed, so water contact or friction may cause color transfer or fading. 6. For custom orders, the 7-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply. Please confirm your requirements before placing an order. 7.
