**Registration Notes:**
● This workshop requires a minimum of 10 participants to form a group and commence.
● A pre-event notification email will be sent one week before the activity. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
● Please arrive on time to avoid disrupting the schedule.
● Kindly bring your own cutlery and a container for leftovers to contribute to environmental conservation.
**Cancellation Policy:**
● For domestic group or individual tours canceled more than 31 days before departure, a 10% service fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
● For cancellations made 21 to 30 days before departure, a 20% service fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
● For cancellations made 2 to 20 days before departure, a 30% service fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
● For cancellations made 1 day before departure, a 50% service fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
● Cancellations made on the day of departure, late arrivals, voluntary departures from the group, and no-shows without prior notification are non-refundable.
● In the event of force majeure circumstances such as typhoons or heavy rain, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the activity due to safety concerns.
