Recommended by medical intuitives as a healing herb and nutritional supplement: Organic Lemon Balm Tea.
Lemon balm, also known as Melissa officinalis, derives its scientific name from the Greek word for "bee." Historically, it was widely used in Europe as a sweet flavoring agent. Its fresh, lemony aroma has earned it nicknames such as lemon mint, bee balm, and lemon balm mint.
Cultivated in a greenhouse using organic farming methods by one of Taiwan's top 100 young farmers in Miaoli, this lemon balm tea is harvested in harmony with the seasons. We practice sustainable harvesting, avoiding over-cultivation and over-picking, and utilize biological pest control to maintain ecological balance and achieve a harmonious coexistence between humans and the land.
After manual harvesting, this lemon balm tea undergoes a 72-hour low-temperature drying process at 35°C, preserving over 90% of its original aromatic compounds. It is then ground to 5-6mm and packed into PLA corn fiber tea bags or food-grade packaging. Free from preservatives, artificial flavors, or any synthetic compounds, it is a purely natural, locally sourced herbal tea.
When smelled directly, dried lemon balm offers a fresh, lemony scent. When brewed with hot water, it releases a refreshing and pleasant herbal aroma. You can also add honey or sugar for a touch of sweetness, complemented by a cool, smooth, and subtly sweet aftertaste reminiscent of mint. Its fragrant essence fills the palate, offering a sense of comfort and tranquility whether enjoyed hot or cold.
