Wrap a strip of paper around the widest part of the finger where you'll wear the ring (ensure it's snug), then lay it flat and measure the length. This length is the circumference of your required inner ring diameter. Divide by 3.14 to get the inner diameter. 2. Alternatively, measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own.
