An 'Adult Milk Tea' you won't find at bubble tea shops!
A rich tea aroma + elegant spicy notes, seemingly contradictory yet perfectly balanced.
A cup in the chilly winter warms you up instantly, bringing unparalleled happiness!
Brewing your own milk tea is a therapeutic and fulfilling ritual 🧡
This recipe is a mildly spicy version of thick milk tea. After two years, we've finally perfected the spice blend to share with you!
A special spice used is: The Queen of Spices - Cardamom
Cardamom is the third most expensive spice in the world, exuding a sweet, woody, pine-like aroma that naturally smells sophisticated. When brewing, remember to crush it slightly to release its full fragrance.
The key to deliciousness 👉
First, boil the tea leaves with water. Only add fresh milk after the tea aroma has been released. Boiling tea leaves directly with milk will prevent the aroma from developing.
Packaging & Servings
1 sachet of stovetop milk tea spice mix can brew 650ml of milk tea, serving approximately 2-4 people.
🍵 How to brew stovetop milk tea spice mix?
1. Remove the tea bag and deoxidizer. Lightly crush the spices, then add the entire sachet (including rock sugar) to a pot over low heat and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add 250ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 minute.
3. Add the tea leaves and continue to simmer over low heat for 2 minutes until the color deepens and the tea aroma is released. We recommend cutting open the tea bag to allow the tea leaves to fully infuse for a richer flavor.
4. Add 300-400ml of whole milk according to your preference. Continue to heat over low heat until warm and steaming, then turn off the heat. Do not boil.
5. Strain and pour into cups to enjoy!
🥨 Storage
