To avoid cracking, it isimportant to put clay pots in a cool oven and then turn it on. ・Do not place hot clay pots directly on cool surfaces, it is best to use awooden trivet. ・Do not leave food residues in clayware to avoid smell absorption.Preferably use your pots for one ‘specialization’ – meats, vegetables,fish, etc. ・Wash by hand with a soapy solution using a soft sponge only.
