❍ About this piece This hand-pinched pottery soap dish features natural curves and a tactile feel. The internal design with three raised horizontal ridges slightly elevates the soap, reducing contact with the base and maintaining dryness. It lacks drainage holes, making it convenient for use outside the bathroom: perfect for the kitchen counter, vanity, or even as a small tray for trinkets on your desk. We chose clay – this granular earth – for its simple, honest texture after firing. Variations in color, pinholes, or minor glaze cracks that may appear on the surface are natural marks formed during the firing process. ❍ Material Ceramic, Glaze ❍ Dimensions The soap dish is specifically designed for handmade soaps, measuring approximately 8 × 6 × 2.5 cm. Its size is just right, allowing soap bars to rest securely and be easily handled. (Each piece is handmade, so dimensions may vary slightly.) ❍ Craftsmanship Details ・ Fired twice at high temperatures for durability ・ Occasional pinholes, glaze variations, or fine cracks on the surface are natural characteristics ・ Hand-formed, so the curvature and glaze distribution of each piece are unique ❍ Packaging & Sustainability We use recycled cardboard boxes and cushioning materials for shipping.
