*Tips*
Some recipes may recommend brewing the tea in milk, but actually brewing in water can get the most flavor out of your tea and a good balance with the milk.
|How to Make a Simple Cup of Milk Tea|
Make a stronger tea before adding milk to get a better flavor. Directly add cold milk or warm it up first (do not let it boil) to get a stronger milk taste. The recommended tea to milk ratio is 2:1 or 3:1. Milk in first (MIF) and milk in after (MIA) are both fine. Try to find out your own way!
