We are a local shop in Taitung #

ZAKKA Caesar & Rena is a local brand founded by Chengshi Travel and Mail Grocery Store on December 25, 2016. It was first established as a stall in a cultural and creative market. We started from the cyanotype market of Taitung Eslite Bookstore. Our dreams and the Tiehua Village Cultural and Creative Market have enriched our wings. The best thing is that our fur blocks record the moods and stories of many travelers. They come from different countries and towns and take away every handmade fur block. , also shared different mental journeys, which are the invisible treasures we have received.

Until April 2018, we had a physical store, located next to the Tiehua Village settlement in Taitung City. We are a space for art, exhibitions, hand-painted paintings and a tourist souvenir shop. It is also a small shop about travel art creation.

Chengshi Travel Mail's classic product - wool building blocks. Every process is hand-made. It is not mass-produced by factory machines. Each shape is cut and sawed by our carpenters. Subtle personalization is produced in order to retain the hand-made feel. Like the texture of each piece of wood, which looks similar but has similarities and differences, enjoying [imperfect daily life] is closer to our lives. Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Refund process

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
