【Our Story】
When I was younger, my family and I suffered from various health issues. My mother had bloating problems, my father has high blood pressure and was one step away from being diabetic, and I had trouble with urticaria.
These are all because of the refined and processed desserts we ate in our day-to-day lives, and this is when I started to explore healthy options.
As far back as I can remember , my family and I faced numerous health challenges. My mother struggled with chronic bloating, while my father was on the brink of developing diabetes and constantly battled high blood pressure. I, too, experienced urticaria issues. It became clear that our frequent consumption of sugary, refined desserts contributed to these health concerns. As a result, my interest in exploring healthier food options emerged.
At this time, I realized “what you eat matters to your body and it influences your healthiness.”
Sometime later, I bought an oven from my first year-end bonus from my first job, and that’s when I started as a pastry chef.
My goal for my family (and now for all customers) is to offer healthy and low-burden desserts with delicious flavor and texture. Our motto is “reassuring and delicious food worth savoring”
Along the way, I discovered the profound impact food has on our bodies and ultimately, our overall health. My journey led me to purchase an oven with my first year-end bonus from my initial job, and from there, I began my career as a pastry chef. My aim has always been to create desserts that are not only delicious but also light on the body, ensuring that my family (and now my customers) can indulge without regret. Our motto is to provide comforting and appetizing food that is worth savoring.
