They believed that designing with a "people-oriented spirit" would make a difference in creating a lifestyle that truly resonates with pet owners. They thought that using tools that people enjoy can help users invest more emotions in their daily lives. By creating objects with the craftsmanship of handmade products, they can extend the passion and enthusiasm of "pet people" through usage, providing more opportunities for a closer bond with pets.

WOOHOO combines design and the craftsmanship of skilled artisans. As designers, they focus on the design principles of "form follows function" and "less is more," not just meaningless embellishments. By combining various details, they seek to discover more clever inspirations in pet-owner interactions, allowing pet and owner connections to be elevated to new levels and creating unique emotional value that has never been experienced before.

Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.
Designers reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:

Refund process
  • Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.
  • Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
This shop provides exchanges
  • Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
  • The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.
