BEGINNING
I am Viri Vig, I am a graphic designer. In 2012 I started handling textiles as a hobby and then did not want making business from it. In the beginning I made most tights only for myself. I worked in my little kitchen, later I rented a room where I experimented with different techniques.

PRODUCTS AND QUALITY
All tights are unique, and made in Hungary in my workshop. I use the highest quality materials that you can use these tights for a long time.

SAFETY
The materials used are all made in the European Union. All products are toxic free. I prefer to handle materials created by small or family owned companies.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Designers reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:

Customized products
Opened personal hygiene products

Refund process

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 1 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 4 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 2 working days.

This shop provides exchanges

Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.

Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 3 working days.

Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 3 working days.
