In order to verify the mystery of the origin of kefir in the longevity village described in ancient books, we traveled to inland countries where there are abundant sheep milk, camel milk, and horse milk. The journey included "Exploring the Continent," "Mongolia and Kazakhstan," "Anatolia and the Balkans," "Abkhazia and Ossetia," and we exchanged techniques with the microbiology department of Guo Shi-qi University in the Republic of Alan.

Kefir® returned to Taiwan and used the natural fermentation techniques learned from the exploration journey to carefully produce kefir fermented natural drinks and DIY kits, hoping to offer the deliciousness of kefir to every beloved person.
