Every year, on the morning of August 7, Nara Todai-ji Temple will also perform an annual "body wiping" ceremony for the body of the National Treasure of the Great Buddha of Nara, so as to remove the accumulated dust of the year. It was Shirayuki Fukin who took on the sacred task of assisting the monks to wipe away the dust of the Great Buddha.

Shirayuki Shirayuki, founded in Showa 40 (1965), was formerly an old mosquito net merchant "Kakigu Fiber". Weaving mosquito nets, there is a lot of leftover fabric, which is almost wasted, so I pieced together pieces of leftover cloth to make a hand towel, and gave it to friends. It was loved by everyone, and finally inspired them to extend the mosquito net craft and make a white snow universal towel. A towel is woven with eight layers of high-quality cotton and rayon in total. According to different designs, ramie or Kishu binchotan are added. It is highly practical, has strong water absorption and stain resistance, and is easy to clean after use. Very soft, the more you use it, the better it is, and it has been a sales guarantee in Japan for the past 50 years.
