SCENTAG specially creates an exclusive fragrance device for Tesla, which deeply fits Tesla's air outlet structure. We use aerospace grade aluminum alloy and use CNC precision machining that is comparable to Apple mobile phone technology. It not only provides excellent durability, but also perfectly matches the high-end interior of electric vehicles, highlighting the extraordinary texture inside the vehicle.
The magnetic panel design makes it easy to change the fragrance. The product shell is treated with mirror chrome plating. The chrome silver finish has a sense of technology and perfectly matches the future style of electric vehicles.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Refund process

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.

This shop provides exchanges

Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.

Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 3 working days.

Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 3 working days.
